Approvals and documentation:
At Tricon Electric A/S, we master several documentation systems, catering to the needs of our clients. These systems are:
- E-plan - the market's most widely used and most advanced documentation system in the field of electrical technology
- CADdy - electrical technology documentation system used upon customer request
- CADdy - electrical technology documentation system used upon customer request
- AutoCad - Mechanical drwaings for layouts and CNC robots.
We use electronic data transfer and have considerable experience in merging and sharing information with customers. Itemised lists are generated as an integrated part of the finance module, which is supplemented by a product database. This provides the best possible assurance that the prices used are correct.
Our switchboard installations are produced to comply with the requirements presented by the authorities of the various end-user locations:
- Europe - demand for CE labelling, components declaration, statement of compliance based on the directives relating to the "machine directive". Further details on these regulations are available at www.sikkerhedsstyrelsen.dk
- The United States - Tricon Electric A/S is registrated as manufacturer of UL and CSA approved switchboard installations destined for the North American market,due to UL 508A cf. approval file no. E176497.
This has been granted by UL International Demko A/S www.demko.dk, which is a member of the accredited American "Underwriter's Laboratories Inc." Group, normally abbreviated as UL.
Demko is responsible for the continuous follow-up on UL-constructions, and makes inspections on ongoing UL-jobs at Tricon Electric.
The UL panels are planned and designed according to UL standards, which define a large number of conditions pertaining to choice of materials, design features and documentation.
Tricon Electric A/S has been ISO 9001 certified since 1995.
Tricon International A/S is a member of the Danish Association of Electrical Switchboards Manufacturers - DETF.
